Information for Participating Teams
Match dates:June 26–28, 2026
The number of teams in the FA Fotboll24 Cup will be limited to approximately 300 teams, with a maximum of 64 teams per category.
If a category becomes fully booked, the date of the paid team fee will determine which teams are granted participation.
The first matches of the FA Fotboll24 Cup will kick off on Friday at 08:00.
Confirmation of Registration
When you register a team, you will receive an email confirming your registration.
If you have not received this email, it may have been filtered as spam – please check your spam/junk folder.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a team withdraws after April 30, the team fee will not be refunded.
Participation fees will be refunded for teams or individual players who withdraw before May 15.
After this date, 50% of the participation fee will be refunded.
With a valid medical certificate, the full fee will be refunded.
If the tournament is canceled against all expectations, all paid fees will be refunded.

Note: If the tournament is canceled against all expectations, all paid fees will of course be refunded.
Special Dietary Requirements
The last day to register special dietary requirements is May 15.
Arrival and Check-in
Teams with accommodation will check in at the school where the team is assigned.
Local teams and teams with their own accommodation will check in at Vävarevallen or Kunskapens Hus before their first match.
At check-in, you will receive information about any schedule changes as well as wristbands that serve as participant cards.
All players and leaders must wear these wristbands throughout the tournament.
If a wristband breaks, please contact the tournament center to get a replacement.
Team line-ups must be filled in via your team account before departure or submitted upon check-in.
Team line-ups will not be accepted by field officials.
Teams staying in school accommodations must print and hand in a complete participant list upon arrival (required in case of fire or evacuation).

Meals and Accommodation
Teams will be accommodated in schools. We strive to place teams from the same club at the same school unless other requests are made.
Transportation
The tournament does not provide transportation for teams with accommodation.
We recommend that teams plan their own transportation by car or bus between pitches and accommodation if walking is not an option.
Team Line-ups
Team line-ups must be entered under “Registration / Edit registration” on our website.
No paper forms should be handed to field officials.
Jerseys and Balls
If both teams have the same jersey color, the away team must change to an alternate kit.
Please remember to bring an extra kit or bibs and check your opponent’s jersey color in advance.
Teams are responsible for bringing their own warm-up balls.
Changing Rooms
Teams staying at schools will change there.
Teams without accommodation will change in the dressing rooms located at each pitch.
