Arrival and Check-In
- Teams staying overnight will check in at the school where they have been allocated accommodation.
- Local teams and teams with their own accommodation should arrive at their playing venue before their first match and do not need to check in.
At check-in, teams staying overnight will receive information about any changes as well as wristbands, which serve as participant passes.
These wristbands must be worn by all players and team officials throughout the tournament.
If a wristband breaks, please contact the tournament centre or your designated contact person to receive a replacement.
The team roster must be completed through your team account before departure.
Team rosters will not be accepted by pitch officials.
Teams staying in school accommodation must print out a complete list of participants and submit it upon arrival. This is required for safety purposes in the event of a fire or evacuation.

Meals and Accommodation
Teams will be accommodated at schools. We aim to place teams from the same club at the same school unless other arrangements have been requested.
Transportation
The tournament is currently looking into the possibility of providing shuttle buses for teams staying overnight in 2027, but at this stage, no transportation has been confirmed.
We therefore recommend that teams plan their own transportation by car, minibus, or local public transport between the playing venues and accommodation if they do not wish to walk.
Team Rosters
Team rosters should be entered under Registration / Edit Registration on our website.
No paper forms should be submitted to pitch officials.
Kits and Balls
If both teams have the same or similar shirt colours, the away team must change into an alternative kit.
Please remember to bring an alternative kit or training bibs and check your opponents’ shirt colours well in advance.
Teams are responsible for bringing their own warm-up balls.
Changing Facilities
- Teams staying at schools should change there.
- Teams not staying overnight may use the changing rooms at their respective playing venues.
