11v11 Invite

The P14 and F14 Invite categories (players born in 2013) are played as 11v11, with playoffs and placement matches for all teams. Each team is guaranteed at least 5 matches.

The 11v11 category is an invitational tournament for elite teams, with 16 national and international teams invited to participate. We are currently awaiting final approval as part of the sanctioning process to play 11v11, with confirmation expected towards the end of 2026. If 11v11 is not approved, teams will have the option to participate in the large-format 9v9 Invite category instead, or receive a full refund of the registration fee at no cost.

Match duration: 2x25 minutes, with a maximum 5-minute half-time break.

9v9

The P13 and F13 Intermediate and Advanced categories (players born in 2014), as well as P14 and F14 Open (players born in 2013), are played as 9v9, with A and B playoffs and winners. Each team is guaranteed at least 4 matches.

Competition rules:

Nine substitutes are allowed in each match.

Ball size 4 is used for F13 and P13, and ball size 5 for P14 and F14.

11v11 rules apply. This means that offside, denial of an obvious goal-scoring opportunity, throw-ins, goal kicks, and back-passes to the goalkeeper are applied in the same way as in 11v11 football. Offside applies from the halfway line, and there is no “retreat line”.

7v7 or 9v9 goals will be used for F13 and P13.

Penalty kicks are taken from 9 metres.

Match duration: 2x20 minutes, with a maximum 5-minute half-time break.

7v7

For F12 and P12 Intermediate and Advanced (players born in 2015), this is a competitive category with A and B playoffs and winners. Each team is guaranteed at least 4 matches.

The other categories, P11 and F11 Intermediate and Advanced (players born in 2016), as well as P10 and F10 Intermediate and Advanced (players born in 2017), will first be divided into groups of four teams, where all teams play each other. Once the initial group stage has been completed, the teams will be regrouped to ensure that the remaining matches are as competitive and evenly matched as possible.

With this format, all participating teams will play at least five matches.

Match duration:
2x20 minutes for players born in 2015 in the competitive category, and 2x15 minutes for all other categories, with a maximum 5-minute half-time break.
